Building high quality furniture is an expensive task
and when sold through furniture stores and galleries, the cost can become prohibitive. By selling
directly to customers we can avoid compromising the quality of our furniture. Mortise and tenon joints
or dovetails connect the parts. Solid wood panels are allowed to float so they can expand and contract.
The hardwoods we use are selected to age gracefully, growing richer as they get older.
We protect our furniture with varnish, a much more durable and waterproof finish than lacquer. There is no need to wax the
furniture and cleaning it is just a matter of wiping with a damp rag. We use only the finest components, such as
hardware from
Whitechapel Ltd.
Payment
Before
starting a project we need to collect 50 percent of the cost of the order. We require the remaining 50
percent before delivery. There is no sales tax on out-of-state sales, six percent on sales in
Wyoming. Sorry, but we don't accept credit cards.
Shipping
Delivery in Jackson Hole and the local vicinity is free. Shipping outside of the valley is
10 to 15 percent of the cost of the furniture. Please check the furniture for any damage when you first
receive it.
Custom Furniture
We'll begin by giving you an idea of the cost of a custom piece. We then require a 50 percent deposit of that
estimated cost before we proceed with the design of the piece. We will give an exact cost of your order once the design is
completed and approved. If at this point you decide to stop your order we'll refund your deposit
minus the cost of the design work. Installations are strictly done on a time and material basis at $35 an hour.
Guarantee
We guarantee you will receive the highest quality workmanship. If we fail on that promise we will
repair or replace it. Choosing the design and wood type, however, is the customer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns.
